Cheesy 80’s and older stuff to me doesn’t count. Bc it was just a different time back then. It was intentional cheeseball like Brady Bunch bc that was just what everyone liked (or at least they thought they liked).

But, to me much worse is the newer shows that are straight crap. The best example of that to me is How I Met Your Mother. To this day, I have no clue how anyone could watch that show. It is by far the worst sit com I have ever seen. At least in recent times. I’m sure there’s worse, but HIMYM lasted for years. And was popular. But I hated that show with a passion.

Mods please ban for adding the lead actor for the goat of television series with Seinfeld.

Greatest show ever for sure, but Jerry was also easily the worst actor among all of the regulars and semi regulars on that show.

Agreed.

The problem is having a flamer act like hetero woman chaser and make it believable.

Complete fail.

Jeff Goldblum literally ruins every movie he is in, but still doesn't suck as bad as both of the actresses in two broke chicks. Five minutes of that show made me want to cancel cable.

when Trapper John left and this moron showed up, it ruined one of the best comedies...his name is self explanatory

I gotta disagree. I'm not saying that Beej is a fantastic actor.......more just responding that he ruined the show.

seems like when he arrived it went from being funny to being political..and Henry Blake's departure didn't help.

To me it was way too over-the-top. Between Trap, Hawk, Blake, Klinger, and Frank, the original series was very shallow and one sided. All comedy without as much depth.

I think the show became much, much more balanced and improved with Potter, Beej.

I completely agree though. When Alan Alda started to do more writing and directing, the pendulum swung the opposite direction.....perhaps due to Alda's personal military experience during the real Korean War. There were a number of those episodes that were downright serious and void of comedy altogether. While I appreciated the gesture.....especially, because I loved the show so much.....I don't think it was good for the show.

Don't get me wrong though. I love the show.....all of it. One of my favorites. I can quote almost every episode.

The show would have been far better without the corporal Klinger character, just too over the top.

I never liked Aiden Gillen.. Littlefinger from GoT and Tommy Carcetti from The Wire. I wouldn't say he's the worst.. as chances are the worst actor ever is someone none of us know.

But for a bigger name, I think he's pretty awful.

hate on Ice-T all you want, but Adam Beach was the worst thing that ever happened to SVU. Best episode ever was the one where he left the show.
