I love comedy but i agree. Hes everywhere but im yet to ever hear him say anything funny. No idea how he somehow managed to get rich from selling his life story two different times.

His dad was a lawyer and worked for L. Ron Hubbard, yes the creator Scientology. He also was the one who acquired land demolishing homes to make like a compound for them including one for Tom Cruise.

For those who don’t know, the movie Van Wilder is based on this guy at Florida State.

My dad loves this guy and I really don't get why. He has good comedic taste too. Penette isn't bad to me, but everytime my dad sends me his clips I'm always thinking how it really wasn't all that funny.

I see this guy’s clips on social media and I have no idea how this dude is successful.

I like a variety of comics, like Nate Bargatze, Shane Gillis, Burr, can’t remember all of the other guys names but I like a ton. This guy is ****.

One black swan that stands out from all the others (female comedians): Kathleen Madigan. She's all about dysfunctional family and annoying things that most people encounter. I find her consistently funny. The others - Not. One. Bit.

I find Will Ferrell and Jack Black offensively not funny. I used to think Ron White was funny but now he's all about being crude and disgusting. There are only so many jokes that rely on 'hey, I was wasted' and his penis before you stop listening (the male counterpart to female comedians' jokes about their coochie).

I don't care for her for the same reason I don't like the guy I listed and why I never cared for Howard Stern. It's not funny, just crude for the sake of being crude. To each their own though.

I never got Ron White. Same with many comedians. Rogan is one of the best interviewers in the world, but he's no comedian.

As to women, Judy Tenuta was hilarious. Diane Morgan, (Philomena Chunk) is hilarious.

Generally I agree, but I think Kathleen Madigan is funny as hell. Her bits are about neither of those, just everyday ****.

Chapelle has transcended the "standup comedian" role. He's 50 percent philosopher at this point. Like Carlin before him. But, IMO, Chapelle is far superior to Carlin, and exponentially less annoying/preachy...
