terrible. Uga calls timeout to adjust and you do the same ish? Wth? Then on 3rd down throw a pass with a qb who hasn't touched the ball in 10 min or so down the field. Coming up short on that drive was a killer for us.

Should of at least tried to bust something outside. Play calling been very conservative tonight outside of the one deep throw.

What makes you think that a TD there would have won the game, Did you not watch the last two minutes? My guess is that we lose by 3 either way.

After 2 turnovers by Georgia we ran 2 three and outs and punted, twice that happened and I knew we would pay for that. You have got to be able to pass the ball once every three downs to win. We set up the play that that our wide receiver dropped perfectly, then the ball defies gravity and floats in to the defender like it had velcro. Another crazy thing in the long line of oddities in Kentucky football, painful loss, when we should have won.

Inside the 10 yard line wasn't good at all. They should have after 1st down tried something beside the wildcat. Bring Boom in you want to run the wildcat. Snell was gassed. Not bad idea with fade. Should have done it on 2nd and 3rd down. One more thing. Conrad should go somewhere unless we get a QB. We are WASTING his talent at TE.

I wish we would of been more aggressive on the last defensive drive. Didn't take a timeout after a short gain on 1st and tried not to give up a big play. UGA had two timeouts and plenty of time. TIME wasn't going to be an issue. If you do give up a big play at least they score early.

Why? Please tell us what you would have called. Let me guess something that would have worked

Give me a break, dude. Snell was gassed, it was the longest possible 1st and Goal you could have and Georgia had just called a time out to do one thing: Stop Snell. It was God awful play calling.

I personally think a pass out of wildcat formation on 1st/2nd down would have been a great idea as UGA was just pinning their ears back on the run. A jump pass to TE may have gotten the TD. I wasn't a fan of play calling on last possession...but you can sort of tell staff isn't confident in putting the ball in harms' way with Johnson. Even the 3rd down pass was basically a low percentage play that wasn't likely to be a TO.

Seemed obvious on the first and goal to put Johnson back under center and Boom in the backfield. Booms fresh legs and Johnson as a pass threat opens everything up. Georgia was keying on Snell and the D was packed in. Gran screwed us in the red zone.

No just first and goal at the ten... crap play calling at its worst, actually. Playing not to lose wins no championships.
yes, thats what I'm talking about. because Georgia adjusted, the field shrunk and Snell obviously got tired.

Same plays that took the ball down the field!! Sometimes it just doesn't work!!

It really doesn't work when you are packed in there inside the 10 yard line and the opponent had just called a timeout to focus on the only play you've run the whole drive, lol. Just pathetic.

I agree, I have seen Georgia play most of their games this year and they have struggled to run against everybody and their defense has struggled to stop anybody. But tonight dammit they step up and hold us pretty good and gash our defense for the most part, teams always get well against us.

We rushed for 186 yards...much of it out of the obvious Wildcat formation.

If you have watched more than tonight that is our red zone offense. We are actually a really good red zone team and we didn't change anything. They made plays on that last stand

We ran the ball good enough to win, but they held us better than most teams have lately and that's pretty good when they knew we were going to run most of the time. An effective passing game would have won the game in my opinion, but we don't have one.

My favorite Play of the game was when we punted from the UGA 36. First, we smartly took a delay of game so as to punt it from the 41 yard line. Our punter then uncorks a 50 yard bomb through the endzone. An overall net of 16 yards.

What is the harm in going for it there? I don't care if it's 4th and 36. If you don't get it, the other team still has to go 64 yards for a TD. And if you don't trust your defense to stop a 64-yard drive, you DEFINITELY should go for it to put as many points up as possible.

And every team does it. Not just Stoops. But it makes no sense at all.

Four wide and open up the field and make them GUESS what you were going to do. The fade was a horrible call we should have put the ball three times the EZ.
