In honor of this week's season finale of True Detective, Season Two, and the presumed upcoming season finale of Ballers, what's the worst show you currently watch?

I had high hopes for Ballers. But it is by far the worst show I watch. And it's no even close. I keep watching it like all of a sudden I expect it to get better.
I also only catch "bad TV" by association (myyeaa-wiiiifyyee).
She has been watching Grey's Anatomy everyday after work for a few weeks. She beats me home by 30 minutes, so I typically sit through the last ten minutes. It is terrible.
I'm currently working through Boardwalk Empire.
The last "bad" show I watched (and enjoyed) before that was the Canadian sci-fi series, Ascension. The dialogue was bad, but the premise was fun enough to keep me around.

I bailed on Ballers after two episodes or it would be at the top of my list. Soooo...True Detective has claimed the throne.
Other than that...I try to steer away from bad TV shows or bail on them with a quickness if they fool me with their crafty previews.
Surprised more of you don't do the same. Curious as to why anyone would watch a bunch of shows they consider "bad tv"???

I used to watch this because I hate everything about it. It's well documented that it's completely fake but I still watched to see just how stupid it would get. It's as if it was made for people who think WWE is real.
Good call on Big Brother. I know some fine, respectable people who won't miss a second of it but admit it's awful. It's the prescription painkillers of television.

I don't watch much TV, but my wife is watching scandal.

American Idol- Gets boring after a few seasons(3). I believe some of the voting is rigged on that show.
Big Brother- Never cared for that show;watched like two seasons and that was it.

What idiot wastes time watching "bad" TV shows when there's the internet?
Exactly. I don't have cable in my apartment, which in turn saves a lot of money. I don't care if I can't watch the newest episode of (insert tv show), I can watch it in a couple days on my computer. Just don't wanna pay a lot of money for a few channels that I'll end up using.

I hate that show as well.
Every few minutes or so when there is a break in the action, I turn to my wife and say, "This is shaping up to be QUITE: The Scandal!"
Found myself watching "Bold and Beautiful" one day. I was making snide remarks during the whole thing. In the episode we were watching, a guy was leaving his wife for another woman. I made the comment just to jab my wife, saying " I bet she turns out to be a man". She did. I now watch almost every day.
I'm not completely unconvinced that she didnt pitch it to the TV execs with the concept "it's like the a-team... except, it's for... women............."
Naked And Afraid. I'm convinced that the producers have makeup people apply "dirt" to the contestants just to make their circumstance seem worse. I've watched lots of situations that certainly appear to have been staged. And then there's the worst....The fake animal encounter. They put together a couple of quick edits showing a dude walking through the woods, then cut to a snake, then back to the dude for a reaction, then back to the snake, then back to the dude as they fade to commercial. They come out of commercial and never mention the snake, and not once was the dude and the snake in the same shot.

Ball and chains watches a lot of shows. I only watch TV for games that I want to watch(which is about to soon go up on the weekends). From the few times that I have sit down and caught some of her tv pleasures the worst I have seen is Bitten, Vampire Diaries, some witch show that I don't remember the name of, and gossip girl. The rest of whats on there are tolerable for a short amount of time but if the above mentioned are on the TV I spend the down time on the throne.
Big Brother. I have always been a Survivor fan first and foremost, but my wife likes Big Brother......therefore we watch both. BB is much worse than Survivor.......and it's on 50x a wk.

You are close but the answer is "The Strain". Watch that and you'll miss everything about TWD- yes even the Carl parts.

Well my watch is into the bachelor shows so now I'm watching Bachelor in Paradise which is pretty much eye gouging bad yet strangely entertaining.
