Would it be a sad day if Colorado makes it to the CFB Playoff before PSU

I believe the expanded playoffs coming year after next numbs the prospect of that occurring.

Lots of kids want to play for PrimeTime. He probably could portal in a whole team of top notch talent, which almost no other school could do. They absolutely could become an immediate player.

That being said, don’t think it could be sustainable unless they capitalized immediately on that.

You can recruit all the top Jimmy's & Joes u want--still got to coach'em up (not pep talks about life ;) ) and then know how to be an advanced Chess player come game time! Just ask Saban how easy it is :ROFLMAO:

saw an article that said Deion's involvement projects them immediately into a top five to ten program
Find me more than 8 wins with their schedule next season:

Sept. 2 at TCU

Sept. 9 vs. Nebraska

Sept. 16 vs. Colorado State

Sept. 23 at Oregon

Sept. 30 vs. USC

Oct. 7 at Arizona State

Oct. 13 vs. Stanford

Oct. 28 at UCLA

Nov. 4 vs. Oregon State

Nov. 11 vs. Arizona

Nov. 17 at Washington State

Nov. 25 at Utah

Next year may be too soon to expect much, but I would not underestimate Coach Prime.

Before us ? No. Same time as us? Maybe. CFP expands to 12 the same year USC & UCLA leave the Pac10. Colorado's biggest challenge will be the Ducks and Utah. I highly doubt the Diluted Pac10 gets more than 2 teams and possibly only 1. I can easily see the B1G getting 4 (Osu, mich, psu and USC) and maybe a 5th.

I would not underestimate the Buffs, but does the Pac-? even have an autobid without the LA schools and perhaps some others (Oregon/UDubs) departing?

Further, if Pac-? folds, or the Buffs flee, would where they are going have an autobid? Will MWC have an autobid? Would they go back to Big 12 with hands out hoping for a reunion after they skedaddled? Again, Prime can recruit at a high level, but coach 'em up? We shall see.

The way I see it, if he wins quickly, he bolts for a ACC/SEC school so I don't think he'll turn CU into a perennial powerhouse.

Here's the deal... they will improve their relative standing in the PAC Minus Los Angeles League. He will attract some physical talent. He will be retained 1-2 years longer than his record would merit. Then he is gone.

Combining all the talents and personalities of transfers has got to be a lot different than lower division schools they were either playing at or recruited by blue blood programs . I see many unhappy campers, but who knows.
If he is successful then many mimickers will follow, doesn't matter either way.

FBS schedule is a little different than Deion is used to playing. He loses 2 of the first 3 games.

Looks like Prime is trying to go hard in SEC country. The last Tweet seems to be looking for kids to transfer?

Putting Prime into the CFP before he coaches a game is like insisting that Drew Allar will win the Heisman this year.
These are things I should worry about?
