As long as he is successful, he stays. He loves it more than we do.. he won’t stand to see the program fail and will leave if he senses he is no longer the guy that should lead it.
No, he or anyone in the world doesn’t love Kentucky Basketball more than I do. If you think they do more than you, that’s cool. We, I and Me have different meanings. Not trying to be an *** or anything, just saying, I love Kentucky Basketball just as much or more than anyone who has ever had a breath of air go through their lungs. Thanks.

I think it’s something worth asking. If Pope has the run over the next few years that we all hope he does, could u see him leaving for an NBA job? I could see him being a perfect fit for the NBA and I’m sure there’s some GM’s out there who believe the same thing. Would his love for KY be enough to hang on to him?

UK is Pope’s NBA. He is home, and he is leaving the dream. We have our guy. Going to build a statue of Mark, the coach, one day!

It is nice to know that it is about 99.9% certain he wouldn’t leave for another college job. Maybe even 100%.
