Not much of a follower of Nebraska Basketball until recently? I get it . They are winning. Jump on board. By the way the point guard they signed just won the MVP of his league and the other recruit is tall.

We need a true point guard next year in the worst way. Thomas Allen is more of a SG (and hopefully will fill the Anton Gill role as the 3-point threat). He seems to have "hit a wall" going from HS to college, as his B1G production is down compared to his spurts of good games earlier in the season. Huskers need a back-up PG to spell Watson, without much drop off. I think that is one of the factors that hasn't been discussed as much when it seems the team has struggled more down the stretch. Puts too much pressure on Watson, IMHO, and it has shown as he is "pressing" a little too much.

Here's your apology but if you follow the Huskers Basketball Team, how would you not know about the TWO recruits that we have already signed? That's what I am asking. Anyway, Go Big Red!!!!

We need guards, period. We will have Palmer, Watson, Johnson, and Allen. 3 of those 4 have point guard size. If Palmer or Watson leave or get injured, it will be even worse.

Nothing concrete. Just a guess. He didn't redshirt this year and barely plays in garbage time anymore. He has a redshirt to use as a transfer, so it wouldn't surprise me if he did. Also wouldn't be surprised to see McVeigh grad transfer somewhere. I believe he would be on pace to graduate this spring. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
