I'm sure I have too. And I've seen other pix of her where she actually looks better.

She's a Romanian woman who sent Colin Powell e-mails while he was Secretary of State saying she loved him and including pix like the one in the original post -- e-mails he asked her to delete -- which is why I added the part about it maybe not being smart to use a personal account for official business. His e-mail account was hacked and the hacker leaked her messages to the press.
