Let's say in a magical world, Clemson wanted Beamer and SC had the chance to bring in Dabo.

Would you trade coaches? And you knew you were going to have whoever you decided on as your coach for at least the next 5 years. So you can't say, I would choose to keep Beamer and then just fire him and get someone else.

So choice is simply Beamer or Dabo for next 5 years.

Of course you can add whatever you want. haha. But basically would you say "yes" or "no."

Dabo has won 2 NCs. But it is evident he has a hard time with the new college football environment.

I just don't know. I just think Dabo would really struggle, potentially even more than Beamer at SC. Obviously, there are a lot of things you have to overcome to win at SC.

Don't get me wrong, I do think Dabo has done a really great job at Clemson in his tenure. But this new environment is pushing him out of his comfort zone. Beamer at least embraces the new environment even if he isn't successful at it.

To be honest, I don't know what I would choose. I do know Dabo would hire better assistants.

i think he has proven his worth as a HC. Just not in the current football climate.

No. Daboo is all mouth. The success he had was with two good coordinators, and a couple of really good recruiting classes that decided to stay together. His ship has sailed. Other schools can pay players now, so they have lost that advantage.
