They wont actually make the claims. He has asked they put it their claims in writing. So far just random people on the internet claiming these girls accused him.

He was scheduled to write a summary of the Mueller report to be released with the report. Wonder if that is still the plan. He also has said that any report such as the one from Mueller presents only one side of the discussion and it is general practice that the other side (Trump) write a companion piece to be released simultaneously. This flies in the face of the Dems who have proclaimed that Trump and his attorneys should not be given a preliminary copy that would allow this equal opportunity for the public. More trying to restrict normal legal operations by Schumer and other Dems. The professor is a Libertarian an voted for Hillary. However he is unquestionably honest and knows his law. He has spoken against impeaching Trump and written a best seller regarding that subject.) He speaks truth while not preaching conservative, Republican, Democrat or Liberal doctrine. He should be listened to by ALL sides. CNN has ceased to allow him to appear because he is not one to preach the twisted truths they insist for their network.

I'll spell it out. Investigations are used to find evidence. Saying that there wasn't enough evidence for the investigation after the investigation doesn't turn up enough evidence to indict is using hindsight. Also, Trump denied outright several things that we now know to be true after the investigation. The point there is that if you are lying about things that might look fishy, you are going to make people think you might be hiding something. In some cases they may choose to investigate things to see if you are hiding something.
