If Kinston comes out and plays like they are capable of and WRH comes out sleepwalking looking forward to next week then Dagoob may be right. Kinston has athletes, always has. Coaching has always kept them from taking the next step, other than that one year they went to states.

They went to eastern finals that year but not state championship. Next year he was at ED.

Another coach was there when they played West Stokes (if I remember correctly) in Raleigh.

I actually think your the brightest most informed person on these threads. I don’t know if your a Reidsville guy but if you are I’ll forgive you. Kinston by 6
Yes, I’m a reidsville ram! Lol. Danville isn’t far from reidsville. Our current running back is a transfer from the school

The coaches for Kinston were at their feeder middle school’s game last night. Kinston also played for a state championship under their current coach in 2015, and under coach Anderson in 2011
Maybe it was Kannapolis, I just assumed they were with Kinston because the car they got out of said Massey Toyota on the back and the kid that was with them had a green ball cap on with the letter K on it. There were 3 of them plus the kid

Why was there no JV game last night? Heard one story today at breakfast but would love to hear the Kinston perspective.

Kinston had 13 JV players show up this week for practice. So with player safety and lack of participation the decision was made to not play the game.
So 13 all week? The same 13? Man thats tough to believe given the success Kinston has had lately. Cant blame the staff for checking out a Jr high game hoping participation might improve in the future.

When did someone from Kinston contact anyone at WRH?

Kinston had 13 JV players that would have been able to play between injuries and missing practice. Kinston is hardly the only team that doesn’t have the same numbers they normally do.
