This season brought my joy back. Cal gave us some good years. He also sucked the joy out of the program the last 4-5 years.

Having a coach that loves the school, the fans, and the program.

Beating Duke, Gonzaga, Louisville, Tennessee, Florida. Seeing the coach have plans, make adjustments, and really work his tail off for this program. Seeing this team grow over the season and play not just for themselves but for their teammates and the university. Through all the ups and downs this team has kept going and never given up. Excited for the SEC Tournament and the NCAAT.
Win or lose, shortcomings aside, these kids brought something special with them to this program that we sorely needed…character and devotion that was kind of remarkable given their short time here. Easy to appreciate them.

We're back to trying to build rosters instead of OAD.
Seeing an offensive scheme and attack as well as actual inbounds plays. And, experiencing the fun and excitement inside Rupp once again.
Being able to care again. For most of my life, I would do what ever it took to watch a game. For those of you that remember the big dish satellites that bars had, you know what I mean. Under the last years of CCC, I would miss games that I could have watched on my phone. This year I have not missed one game.
Everything. This is Kentucky basketball. It has its ups and downs but they are the ups and downs of a program centered around teams striving for the highest ceiling of excellence and brotherly love and self-sacrifice for the name on the front of the journey every year no matter what.
It has been missing for an awfully long time and I am incredibly thankful to have it back.

My biggest joy of this season has been witnessing a bunch of guys who love playing together, who aren't really "stars," but gel together to form a really good basketball team, and are incredibly grateful for "KENTUCKY" being on their chest.

Experiencing the ride of lower expectations and higher realizations. Overall, at this point in the season, I actually feel good about what this team has accomplished. It's been a hot minute since that has been the case.
This team brought back pride in our basketball program. We didn't win em all but this brand of basketball is what prompted me to love KY basketball all those years years ago.
I've had a great time watching this year, I actually am looking forward to g forward to the games again.

Let me add I’ve busted out my 96 championship sweatshirt and all my KY gear and wear it to work daily and I’m 30 miles from Columbus Ohio. GO CATS!!!
We are coached by someone who CARES about UK basketball much more than draft night.

Very fun season. Rupp arena had energy again. This group really did love getting to wear that Kentucky jersey and was/is a very likeable group.
Watching players that don’t have one foot out the door during the season and don’t sit out of games because they might hurt their draft stock.
