Goddamnit, there was a Snopes that I jumped right over when I googled it. Burt the Conqueror was talking about it on The Opie Show yesterday and I thought I heard them say they fact checked it and it was real.
We have at least 3 federal investigations looking into it. Somebody must have some suspicions.
