West Virginia Award Winners for the Maryland Game
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (September 29, 2015) – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers’ 45-6 win against Maryland on Saturday, Sept. 26.
Offensive Champion – Wendell Smallwood; Defensive Champion – Terrell Chestnut; Special Teams Champion – Nick O’Toole; Offensive Scout Champion – DL Knock; Defensive Scout Champion – Antonio Crawford.
No. 23/21 West Virginia travels to Norman, Oklahoma, on Saturday, Oct. 3, to open Big 12 Conference play against No. 15/14 Oklahoma at Gaylord Family/OU Memorial Stadium at noon, ET.
The game will be televised on FS1.
