For a program no one expected to finish out of last place until several years into conference play, it is cruel irony we may be losing the season when we could have pulled it together and gotten a solid record, and may miss the conference tourney for the first time this year. Our only saving grace is a series win at Kansas, who may finish 9th, which may be enough. The team fell apart in today's game and I hope they can save face and avoid a sweep.
