WVUALLEN did you see McCabe turn it over 2 times in a row and get yanked onward end of first half. Huggs took him out. Texas Tech defense is killing us. They are all in our ***. They are all over Knapper after the scouting report says don’t give him space cause he gets hot and can score. Knapper will be fine. He’s going to be a good guard here but this isn’t our night in first half here. Texas Tech defense smothering us.

Knapper has 0 turnovers but the defense is all over him. They aren’t giving him any space after seeing him destroy Oklahoma for 25 points.

You get a turnover, and you get a turnover, and YOU get a turnover. I've noticed that we are a lot better against teams that don't play defense.
Outside of finally hitting 2 shots early on McCabe looks overwhelmed as usual. He has 4 turnovers already, no assists and his defense is embarrassing. Doomes turnover as well. Turnovers all over. Wow! Play Haley and Knapper together like last game.

Haley with his 4th turnover. Huggs takes him out. Lol....we are outmatched without Sags and Beetle on road against a good team like this. Embarrassing.
Get Knapper back in the game. Huggs has to build some confidence somewhere with someone with potential and ability to score and defend. Knapper and Beetle are only guards with potential and ability on this roster to bring back next year. The others are West Liberty level if that.
He's not worth the effort. Especially when yelling at officials getting t'd up.

Why would Harler get all these minutes over Knapper??? Huggs is drunk.
Why would McCabe stay here? He doesn’t play defense but Huggs won’t let him play anyway. It’s a bad fit. Not too many good guards interested in playing for Huggs nowadays. That talk is out there. Huggs won’t be good for McCabe career. He needs to go to west coast like St. Mary’s. It’s all offense, razzle dazzle, no defense, finesse.

Knapper finally back in and he scores 5 quick points. What the hell is Huggs doing? Is he drunk? This is pathetic coaching this year by a Huggs. Trust me a couple guys probably can’t wait to get away from Huggs.
Huggs pisses the game away with McCabe and Harler in the backcourt most of game. It wasn’t just them playing badly but why not get Knapper and Doomes together and try something else? You can’t play defense with McCabe, Harler, Esa on court that much. Those guys just sit back and wait to get attacked. Add Haley and it doesn’t improve. Soft.
Knapper was 1-6 from the field with no assists. Not very stellar way to follow up your best game ever. He will get better though. They all will, it just may not be this season lol.

Yeah but Huggs pissed away the game even worse by playing the soft, no defense, slow tuxedo boys McCabe, Harler, Haley. Those 3 are terrible. Knapper plays way better defense and is way more athletic. Beetle and Knapper are the only chance at guard. McCabe and Harler need redshirted or 3 minutes or less. Knapper hasn’t had a turnover in last 2 games. 0 turnovers for Knapper last night. Texas Tech defense was great though. They played the game of their life.

Those long stretches with slow footed stiffs McCabe, Harler, Haley, Lamont West, Esa was embarrassing and painful to watch. No defense, turnovers and slow concrete feet. Who the hell would even want Lamont West as a grad transfer? He is so slow and goofy. I feel bad for the boy. Why would he even stay. He doesn’t fit a Huggs style either. No defense tuxedo soft boy. Slow! Unathletic! Huggs needs to get him gone!
Did you enjoy the tuxedo boys McCabe, Harler, Haley, Lamont West....lol...soft and slow. Huggs will never win with guys like McCabe, Harler, Lamont West. Too slow and soft. No defense. Haley is another. Soft, slow. McCabe, Harler, Lamont West, Haley, Esa the tuxedo boys. Beetle, Knapper, Culver, Sags will beat teams. Just need Sags back.
