It seems like this team lays an egg after missed FGs. After a missed chip shot last week the team forgot a game was still being played. Why bother? Just go for it. Hell, mathematical analysis even supports utilizing all four downs and that's with a competent kicker.

With the score being what it is, and it being 4th and 3....I agree, go for it.

It's kind of like high school football and the theory of onside kicks. Most HS do not have a true "kicker" and the kicks end up getting caught around the 30 yard line and returned near midfield. Why not onside kick it every time if you are a high school coach? I know I sure as hell would.

It was 2nd and 3....then 3rd and 3.....and we didn't attempt a run play and we are averaging 8 yards an attempt tonight....and was up 24 points......anyone else find that odd?????

Anything after halftime other than injuries were irrelevant after being up 31-0 at half. Game was over then, we don't need the perfect game against an opponent like this.
