A win agin dem Longhorns in Austin would be BIG! A WV win would likely cost Texas coach Strong his job and at the same time would secure Dana in Morgantown for the next 15 yeers. Now...............LET'S BRING ON THE MOUNTAINEERS! BRING'EM ON DEM HORNS, too! Don't forget............WV wants Alabama. I saw a sign somewhere stating that fact.

Sorry I posted in the wrong thread with this.

Offense has to stop dropping passes and, as Dana pointed out, defense has to hang onto possible interceptions. Offense fumbled immediately after WVU got a fumble recovery. Ref's call on muffed punt recovered by WVU was ticky-tacky and I'm not sure interfered with catch opportunity because Mountaineer was out of way when the ball hit the returner. But Skyler has done well, better than his dropsy receivers. And even though Foreman got 100 yards I think defense did a fair job on him. All in all, I think we're on the right track. And without Shell again. Let's see what happens in the second half.

Actually, The Sky could have ran that last intercepted ball in for a TD. No pass necessary. But.......now another interception. OK.....................the game ain't over. WV is ahead and if they can hold Texas out of the end zone......................Skylar will take the team downfield for WV's final TD. That's a lotta if's.

I don't get the infatuation with making Skyler a runner. At most he should have 1 designed run per game, we give him around 5

Well ..... we'll do well to hang on to this game.

Yeah. Giving the ball away in the red zone twice could prove costly. Ugly offense all around. Not many good running lanes with Texas defenders easily getting off blocks. WR dropping easily catchable balls. Skylar making a few poor decisions and committing turnovers.
