18- point lead down to 8............and rebounding and turnovers still major issues. We have a couple of guys who just stand and don't want to "get involved" on the defensive rebounding game.
And you would have hired the bum off the street? Nobody was touching this job this year.
Sad that mid-major teams with little NIL money for their players have better players than our over-priced guys. We have post players who can't rebound. We have 6'7" wing players who REFUSE to rebound.

This team is terrible on defense especially after scoring a bucket.
They need to quit making 1 pass and launching a 3.
Being honest, we haven't stopped straight-line drives in the past 4-5 years. Huggs would constantly complain about it in his press conferences.
Wait until we get to conference games and face real guards. To win we will have to make shots at a high rate.
