Our offense has looked nearly the same through a number of OC's. So either CJF hires OC's that share his offensive philosophy or doesn't let them fully do their thing. This needs to change.

I agree not enough emphasis is placed on recruiting and/or developing the bigs. Seems both OL and DL have been subpar compared to BIG competition. Can't run on O, can't stop the run on D.

On the surface I agree with you. Problem is the offense doesn’t appear to be evolving but rather devolving. Whether it is personnel, preparation or game planning, one should expect progress and when there isn’t there maybe be no magic number to diagnose a problem. Tolerance may not be all that possible in a multimillion dollar enterprise and perhaps it shouldn’t be. Remember the kids didn’t come here to “play school” but to train for a career. From Penn States perspective fill seats. IMHO

They better learn to "Play school", because 99% of them aren't making it to the next level..
