I originally heard Yanny then I covered the speaker of my phone and heard Laurel for the first time and haven't heard anything but Laurel since then.

Yanny on the tv and computer. Laurel on iPad. Whole thing is another internet BS craze. Guarantee there are different versions made that are just messing with folks.

Update: Just heard Laurel on tv. It’s all BS.

On TV this morn I heard Yanni & wondered wth they were talking about. On the link above I only heard Laurel. Net I conclude they send out Yanni sometimes & Laurel others. Surely my hearing is perfect. My wife tells me so several times per day.

Yanny all day today. I took a nap and couldn't hear the whole Twitter argument for age and hearing.

I can hear both but Yanny is much more loud and clear.

The first few times I only heard Yanny then I started picking up on Laurel.

I can faintly hear Laurel at a low frequency.

as soon as I saw there was any debate whatsoever and that it was basically 50/50, I knew it had to do with pitch and what peoples' ears could perceive with similar sounds. News flash: everyone doesn't hear exactly the same. It was this moment I realized that people, in general, are pretty dumb for arguing about it.

The debate of do you hear the word Laurel or Yanny when an audio recording was played over and over (also a picture of a dress that is either Black/Blue or Gold/White). Not here to argue on which is right or the reasoning behind why. The thing that this proves for me (when my wife swears she hears the opposite of what I do, and promises that she isn't just trying to mess with me) is I now understand why that through the years when I have told her things, or vice-versa, she swears I never told her. I've always heard people hear things different but never seen, uh heard, it so distinctively as this thing has done.

Sounds like a Russian conspiracy to me. The more you listen the more confused you become. Yanny was what the FBI was hearing. Laurel is what the CIA was hearing. This is the proof I've been waiting to get. Now I'm calling my friend who is an undercover agent for the FBI and asking him to open an investigation. I think we should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the matter further. Be afraid for your own good. The Russia's are using this to brain wash BBN.
