Team has to win some games. Recruits are quickly getting wise to the fact that used car salesmen tactics aren't the reason they're going to come to a certain school. The recruits (and fans) are tired of hearing empty promises and coach speak from Stoops and his cronies and horrendous late season collapses and blowouts to unranked teams. Stoops can spit coach speak and mindless cliches with the best of them, but it's time for results. ELITE recruits are tired of empty promises. That's why we haven't come close to landing a class like the '14 class. Back then the car was shiny and new and there was promise that changes were coming.
