The answer is obviously 'yes', has to be him. Because it makes all the sense in the world for the chairman of the House Intelligence committee to have the whistle blower pose with his family in a picture for millions to see.

How would he know who it is? He says he doesnt know who the whistleblower is. You callibg him a liar?
