Stolen from Twitter. It’s the year 2028 and these ten restaurants have absorbed all other. Even the mom and pop restaurants have been transformed into one of these chains. You have to sign up for the three restaurants that you will frequent for the rest of your life. Which will you choose?

WTF does Ruby Tuesday’s even serve? Never been.

Never been to Red Lobster either.

Burgers, steaks, chicken. Like a fancier Applebee’s. And the last remaining salad bar. They’re all gone in Lexington.

Red Lobster for seafood
Chili’s for Mexican
And even though it’s the last place I would choose to go right now, Cheesecake Factory because of the huge menu.

I am a big fan of Ruby Tuesday though there are hardly any more around. Always thought their burgers were good. Cheesecake factory menu is endless, plus they have uh...cheesecake. I like Texas Roadhouse as well....tempted for Olive Garden but I'd grow tired of the flavors quickly.

If you are going to limit us to chain restaurants, at least give us some upscale choices like Morton's, NOBU or Ruth's Chris. This is the Paddock after all.

El Nopal didn’t make the list. I assume that’s a typo. El Nopal. Hooters. Red Lobster.

Roadhouse , Olive, and Hooties for me..

Two times I've tried Ruby Tuesday in Etown..2x it was ****..much rather dine on a bag o cheetoes and a flat fresca
bad experiance in Red Lobster...ask my date if she wanted the crabs, she said can we eat first
Chiis on dixie ruined it for me, same for applebees
outback does not take EBT so Ive never had it
only reason to ever go to cheese cake is to give Penny a whisker ride..she does not work there anymore since she married Leonard
..TGI ...never had it, not sure why?

Quit frankly I prefer establishments where you can order by number...aka gimme a number three and hold the onions

Ruby Tuesday became El Nopal in Cold Spring. No idea it was a chain but the biggest difference is there are cars in the parking lot now.

El Nopal is challenging McDonalds for having the most places in Louisville..A ****** car breaks down on the road side, next day its a El Nopal...

Wow! I can only assume a long road to get as many as Moby Dick (Now Frying).

Hope I didn't confuse my restaurants. 😊

South end Dixie is going BIG TIME now...they bustin out a new Hardees..Also two of the finer dine in establishments have surrendered to the pandemic. Jerry's in Etown and Shively went off life support when Covid arrived.

I went with Olive Garden, Outback, and Hooters.

- Olive Garden has gotten better over the last couple years. But if I had my druthers, I’d druther eat Italian at Carrabba’s. Food is fantastic.

- Outback has some great steaks. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten there simply because there’s not a location near me.

- And I picked Hooters just to keep them in business. If I think of a world where a red-blooded ‘Murican male can’t get an overpriced burger served by a cute chick in skimpy attire....well, that’s not a world I want to live in!

I think that varies by area. The Ruby Tuesday's by me really no better or worse than Applebee's.. I wouldn't order anything more than a burger or sandwhich from them... but that Salad bar is clutch. If I have to eat processed food for the rest of my life.. RT's has to be on there so I can eat SORT of healthy.

1. RT's (for the salad bar and price)
2. Cheesecake (It's clearly a step or two above these other places, but 8 dollar beers?)

#3 is tough. Hooters cause it's basically the closest thing to a sports bar? Red Lobster for some seafood? Outback/TRH for steaks?
