Guys, the Constitution is not a "set in stone" document. Our Founding Fathers created a flexible document. The Supreme Court has made rulings that answer your questions. Their rulings are final and Constitutionally protected.

There, that was easy.

you did NOT answer the question (as usual)....where is it in the constitution?....simple question...answer it.....and I'll bet that if you find something favorable to democratic socialists the constitution would suddenly become "set in stone"

Lol ... by flexible you really mean this.
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

Looking “like my assignment” will be the same one as a few days ago. Relaxing day on the golf course (probably a leisurely lunch) then to come home and find out, (thanks to the Trumpster’s economy) another day that I was paid rather handsomely to play golf. I Hate when that happens.

Including the 27 amendments, did you find what the OP asked?

Notice they won't even denounce communism. Why ? Because it's a synonym of Socialism.
Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

Are you dense or just playing stupid? I did answer the question. Show me where FAA regulations are covered under federal powers of the government.

When cases involving interpretations of the Constitution are heard and decided, the Supreme Court decision becomes an attachment on to the Constitution.

Equals IRAN!
Tell the truth. Once you own it we can have a real conversation about separation of church and state.

the answer is it's not in the constitution.."separation of church and state" was an opinion by Thomas Jefferson in a letter to baptists in Rhode Island....so no you didn't answer the question because you didn't know the correct answer

Yes, I did answer the question. It is NOT in the Constitution, yet the Supreme Court has made rulings on "separation of church and state".....and since the decisions from the Supreme Court become the "Law of the Land", that means it is now protected by the US Constitution.

Why are you so ignorant to understand this?

why are you so ignorant that you hate a president just because of his last name?...why are you so ignorant that you have to call people names to feel fulfilled?

I guess because people like you don't understand the laws of our nation and how the Constitution works.
