I'll give the little fella props for the OP; they did beat us in Ames... Poor souls; they live off of basketball and wrasslin' down there BUT they do have a pretty good massive BBQ house...

I told this story here before, but when the first SoonerVision was installed at Owen Field, (before intro videos were the thing), the scoreboard graphic read, "Ladies and gentlemen, you're Oklahoma Sooners". A few people groaned. Others didn't notice, of course. My high school aged son (at the time) replied, "They are just telling us we are Oklahoma Sooners".
It was a personal welcome just for the readers of the post.

Gotta admit this one is one of the only faux pas that bother me. It is very simple - if you could say you are instead of you're or your, then the proper one is you're.
Most others don't seem to bother me.
