After decades of only being able to buy it in PA, NC, etc. they are going big time. Had one on tap at Texas Roadhouse in Texas last week. These are the important things in life, not politics.

Yuengling also recently offered for the past few months here in Texas. Drank lots during visits back to KY, as it's been sold for years at Pappy's and Boone's in Ewing, Virginia. I attended a vets reunion back around 2014 near New Smyrna Beach, FL. Bar called "Jan and Libs" located a few steps away from the motel featured Yuengling drafts all afternoon long for $1. Decent suds.

Saw it for sale at Target in cans in DFW.

I ordered one at a bar in North Carolina never hearing about it.
I thought it was delicious and always ordered when available.
But that was 20 years ago.
After many craft and microbrewery tastes, it's time to be excited at its availability has passed.

I keep Yuengling lager and black and tan bottles chilled normally. I switch back and forth for variety. Every once and a while I drink something else. I like Hite but usually buy Yuenglings.....

I do enjoy it but I rarely drink it. When I could only get it on road trips I cherished it. When I moved to Indiana and could get it whenever I drank so much of it I got sick of it.

Tried Yeungling Raging Eagle Mango at a liquor store tasting mainly because of the lady pouring. It was interesting but not something I think I would want to drink all the time.

Just more for me.... ;)
I’ve mentioned it to you before, but I try to keep some in the fridge when my son visits, which isn’t but a couple times a year or so. I am known as a beer drinker, but lately go for the hard stuff, as it gets me down the road to where I wanna go quicker, and it’s easier on my bladder, (toilet). Getting old has it’s advantages, and disadvantages, depending upon whatever you are dependent upon (pun intended).anyway, keep the younglaines flowing.

Yeah I'd rather be drinking some 100 proof spiced rum and coke (But I do like the suds) but my Darling doesn't want me drinking hard liquor for some reason anymore thinking it isn't good for me. I guess it isn't but for the same reasons as you, the rum and coke got me to where I wanted to be without the usual amount/ quantity required.

Speaking of Yuengling.............................................

I never understood the affection even before the craft beer movement. Now there's just no way. It's just too weird like people drinking Hudy Delight or Busch Light.

I like Yeungling. It's my goto domestic. I'd never heard of it until a keg party at Virginia Tech. Loved it...when they told me it was cheaper than the keg of Bud Light also on tap I refused to believe them.

I love craft beer too, but a lot of time you just need an easy cheap sipper.

It's a pretty decent go to for regular drinking like when out working in the yard or around the house. my new "challenge to get" beer is New Glarus from WIsconsin. it's everywhere in Wisconsin, but cannot be sold outside of the state. No mail order either. So I have to rely on getting it when I'm up there on work trips or when somebody I know up there can bring it to me. haven't had a bad beer from them yet.

I've always felt the same about 3 Floyds. They are better at marketing and creating scarcity than they are at brewing beer. Zombie Dust is good but not even close to worth it's price.
I thought Zombie Dust was the greatest beer on earth when you were lucky to get it. Now I see it everywhere and don’t even buy it.

I agree with 3Floyds. The Dark Lord is fantastic unless you have to pay the outrageous prices for it. I've been lucky enough to be given a few bottles over the years.
