Seriously. How have our players actually gotten slower in 5 years? Nick Heinrich and Luke Reimers are slower now than last year. #72 and Robinson on defense are so slow its hard to believe! They all look completely out of shape. What are they doing wrong?

Don’t understand what the team is measuring to show athletic on the field improvement.
I don’t see the athletic improvement with the team after so many years of program install. Not trying to hurt feelings or anything but I don’t think this part of the program is doing anything close to max benefit

Agree...I'm not seeing on the field physical improvement. Maybe they are lifting more weights, but God the are unathletic.
Before the whole puking thing...Frost had said that his advanced metrics showed that output was doubling from previous years.
Mediocre S&C has only magnified the poor coaching or is it poor coaching has magnified mediocre S&C? I feel it's the latter. Frost seems to rely heavily on the objective numbers he gets from players S&C. He seems to mention it often in press conferences. Unfortunately for Frost the game is made up of more than the objective numbers of S&C.
I said mediocre S&C because it was apparent today that we were not football stronger (certainly in the trenches) than NW. As far as speed, I couldn't tell a difference, maybe we were faster but is that because of S&C or because of God given ability?
