Anyone going to see them at the Hard Rock in Tulsa Friday night? Have seen them several times back in the day but haven't ever been to The Joint at HR. First concert in years.

Used to really like their music. No longer a fan. Often turn the channel when they come on the radio. I bet they put on an entertaining live show, however.

Love ZZ Top but don't expect much from the concert. 80 minutes is my guess on length of the concert.

They are a lot of fun live and their album stuff is great. I'm pretty worn out on most of their radio stuff with a few exceptions.

The early stuff is great (through Deguello, and El Loco ain't bad), later stuff not so much. Tres Hombres is the shiznit for that Texas Blues Rock genre.

Have seen them many times....sometimes sound great, sometimes not so much. Hope you get them on a good night.
