The stakes are high for Alabama and LSU as they prepare to square off Saturday. Both teams are in the top 10 of the first College Football Playoff rankings, and SEC Championship hopes will be on the line in Baton Rouge.

The hype is building — and the Crimson Tide’s hype video made it even louder.

Jordan Battle narrated the video, which dropped Friday night, and he made the point that, “When you play for Alabama, there are no small stages. Every week is the biggest game of the season — for the other team.”

Alabama and LSU’s rivalry starts a new chapter on Saturday as Brian Kelly prepares for his first game against the Crimson Tide as the Tigers’ head coach. He previously faced them twice while he was at Notre Dame, losing both times — once in the national championship and once in the CFP.

The game kicks off Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Nick Saban shares the key to beating LSU in Baton Rouge

Alabama has a huge game against LSU this coming weekend, but Nick Saban is no stranger to find victory in Death Valley.

Since taking over the Crimson Tide, Saban has defeated the Tigers on the road a whopping six times. Joining Scott Van Pelt on SportsCenter earlier this week, Saban shared the key to winning at LSU.

“I think you’ve got to be able to maintain your intensity, maintain your momentum in the game,” began Saban. “There’s going to be things that happen during the game that aren’t always going to be in your favor, and you’ll probably make some negative plays because of the environment and circumstances that you’re in.

“It’s really important that you can maintain your intensity, but you also have to regain the momentum when you lose it.”
