Kansas offers 2023 4-star Houston WR Jaquaize Pettaway
Kansas offered Houston Langham Creek four-star wide receiver Jaquaize Pettaway.
Pettaway is the No. 43 overall recruit in the 2023 On3 Top 100 and the eighth-best wideout in the class.
He holds offers from 21 schools. All the major schools in his home state of Texas — Baylor, Houston, SMU, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech — have all offered him.
Jaquaize Pettaway also holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Penn State and USC.
Through the first six games of Houston Langham Creek’s season, Pettaway has 39 receptions, 689 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
Inside Texas caught up with Pettaway about three weeks ago.
“My goals are to make it to playoffs,” Pettaway said. “I want to have more yards then I did last year, and I want that 300 yards in one game too.”
