WATCH: Ole Miss reveals uniforms ahead of matchup with Vanderbilt Commodores

The Ole Miss Rebels are riding high off their win over the Kentucky Wildcats last weekend after they won a thriller, 22-19. They currently sit at 5-0 on the 2022 season and they’ll look to continue their winning ways against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday. On Thursday night, the Rebels revealed their uniforms ahead of this weekend’s game.

Check them out below.

These look like the pretty standard Ole Miss uniforms they’ve worn over the past few years. The Rebels will roll with the navy helmets with the Ole Miss logo in red. Then they’ll be rocking the white jerseys with red numbers and letters. The pants are white with no stripes.

The Ole Miss defense came up big last weekend against Kentucky quarterback Will Levis in the game’s final few minutes. Levis kept the ball on a running play late in the fourth quarter, but fumbled and Ole Miss recovered, sealing the win for the Rebels.

Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart has still got some growing to do. He only completed 51 percent of his passes for 213 yards through the air last weekend, while tossing no touchdowns and one interception.

Ole Miss running back Quinshon Judkins continues to roll

Rebels running back Quinshon Judkins continued his spectacular 2022 campaign, rushing for 106 yards and one touchdown on 15 attempts against Kentucky. On the season, he’s piled up 535 rushing yards and six touchdowns thus far. The Alabama native has made a splash and in a big way during his freshman campaign.

According to the On3 Consensus Rankings for the 2022 cycle, Judkins was rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 37 running back prospect in America. During his prolific career for Pike Road (Pike Road, Alabama), he rushed for 4,220 total yards and 67 touchdowns.

Ole Miss will face off against Vanderbilt on Saturday, Oct. 8. Kickoff is slated for 4:00 PM EST from Nashville, Tennessee. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
