Personal Life

For a high school that opened its doors in 2013, Draper (Utah) Canyon Corner is building a name for itself as a quarterback hotspot. It started with Zach Wilson, who went to BYU and was drafted No. 2 overall by the New York Jets in 2021. After Wilson came Jaxson Dart, who won the 2020 Gatorade National Football Player of the Year and 2020 Max Preps National Player of the Year. Dart threw for 4,691 yards and a state-record 67 touchdowns as a senior while adding 1,195 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground. He then went off to USC where he made three starts in six appearances. He then transferred to play for Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss Dart is majoring in general business at Ole Miss. He is the son of Brandon and Kara Dart. His father Brandon was a safety at Utah from 1994-2000. He played for so long due to earning additional years of eligibility due to injuries.
