Lancaster (Texas) DeSoto four-star wide receiver Stephon Johnson announced his decommitment Wednesday night from Oregon.

Johnson originally committed to the Ducks in March 2021.

The On3 Consensus – a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies – has Johnson as the No. 442 overall player in the country. He is the No. 65 wide receiver in the nation and 66th-best player from the state of Texas.

His decommitment drops Oregon’s class further in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.

The Ducks were No. 25 before the decommitment and now sit at No. 29 in the ranking.

There are only nine players remaining in the class with seven signees. San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln four-star cornerback Jalil Tucker is the leader of the class at No. 119 in the On300.

Johnson is the fourth wideout to leave the recruiting class after Nicholas Anderson, Tetairoa McMillan and Isaiah Sategna all previously flipped.
