Personal Life

Tetairoa McMillan was named the Orange County boy’s athlete of the year in his junior season for success on the football field and on the volleyball court. “TMac,” as he is often called, was an all-CIF volleyball player and also had a knack for coming up big in key football games. Against nationally-ranked St. John Bosco, he had 168 yards and two touchdowns as a junior. Then he also had 107 yards and a score against national champions Mater Dei. In volleyball, McMillan was all-CIF Southern Section in Division 2. He played opposite hitter, a position where he could display his stunning jumping skills and hit the ball with ferocity for the Friars, who reached the semifinals of the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs. His mother is Tetairoa McMillan. She went to college at Hawaii Pacific.
