Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Academy International four-star offensive tackle and Sweden native Lucas Simmons has picked up an offer from Oregon.

The On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — has Simmons as the No. 127 overall prospect in the country.

Simmons is ranked higher by On3, which ranks him highest among the four major recruiting media companies, according to the Industry Comparison Tool. He is the No. 87 recruit in the 2023 On300 ranking.

Simmons has already gone on an official visit to Oklahoma State and has official scheduled to TennesseeFlorida, USC and Florida State in June.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $109k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Ducks have four commits in their 2023 recruiting class, which ranks 13th in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking.

San Jose (Calif.) Valley Christian four-star wide receiver Jurrion Dickey, Chandler (Ariz.) Basha four-star athlete Cole Martin, Picayune (Miss.) Picayune Memorial four-star running back Dante Dowdell and Layton (Utah) Layton Christian Academy three-star defensive lineman Tevita Pome’e are the four verbals in the class.
