Air Noland turns in good showing at Elite 11 Finals

Charles Power

Air Noland finished as the No. 5 Top Performer at On3 at the Elite 11 FInals. entered the Elite 11 as the most productive and decorated high school player of the group – perhaps by a wide margin. The southpaw passer was among the more accurate and steady passers on Day 1 and Day 2. He showed impressive touch and feel in drill work. Noland threw the ball on time and showed the ability to layer his passes. He parlayed that showing into a strong pro day session on Day 2 – one that was among the best we saw from the group. Noland had a few misfires early on in 7-on-7 play but rebounded to finish strong, completing seven straight passes. While many others in the group have remaining questions about their play on Friday nights (a key factor in evaluations), Noland remains a known commodity and put his best foot forward at the Elite 11 Finals.

Air Noland a top performer at Under Armour Atlanta camp

Charles Power

Air Noland was the most consistent passer in what was a fairly deep group of signal callers at Under Armour Atlanta. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder was steady in every drill and was on target at a higher rate than his peers in the reps that we saw. Noland further separated himself with a strong session during 1-on-1’s. He had no trouble adjusting to new receivers or the increased speed of action. The Peach State standout used his quick release and live arm to stick the ball on receivers. Noland is one of the hottest signal callers in the 2024 cycle after turning in a breakout junior season, passing for over 4,500 yards and 55 touchdowns while leading Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes to a state title.
