High-IQ, cerebral quarterback prospect who understands and processes the game very well. Physically, has average all-around size, right at some of the positional averages for an FCS or Group of Six prospect, and enough height to play college football. He holds his weight well, and there is room to add mass. He is still on the lean side and will need to fill in come college. He goes through his progressions and does not lock onto one receiver. He spreads the ball around the field and to a variety of receivers. He completes a high percentage of his passes thanks…

Top Attributes

- I.Q: an excellent processor who reads coverages well and makes smart decisions. - Accuracy: puts passes on his receivers. Also leads them away from coverage and drops passes into windows. - Velocity control: throws a catchable ball and knows when to put a little more mustard on it or take something off - Toughness: takes some hits as a runner and passer and has been durable. Stands in tough in the pocket to deliver throws.

Areas to Develop

- Strength: Needs to add some muscle and physical strength to be able to physically hold-up at the college level.

Film Review Notes

Plays in an offense that will have him well-prepared for college. Distributes the ball very well. Does not lock on to one target; goes through progressions but gets the ball out of his hand quickly. Throws the ball into windows and hits receivers in stride, allowing them to get yards after the catch. Every possible type of throw is on this tape from slants and crossers to outs, deep seams and touch throws. Shows some mobility and escapability but does not present as a true dual-threat. Effective enough to run some RPO, though. Looks smart, well-schooled and in command of his high school offense.
