Personal Life

Tianna Chambers was originally a high-level soccer prospect before deciding to pursue basketball because hoops were her true love. “When I’m at soccer, I’m sad [that] I’m not at basketball, and when I’m at basketball I’m sad [that] I’m not at soccer," Chambers told the Union Street Journal. "I love them both equally. But I decided that I'm going to do my own thing and play the sport that I love." Chambers tore her ACL during her junior season but was Cherry Creek’s leading scorer prior to the injury. She averaged 16 points, 3.4 rebounds and two steals last season. Even with the setback in the 2023-2024 season, Chambers still earned numerous all-state honors.
