15 high school football programs to receive gear from Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes

More than a dozen high school football programs across the country are set to get new uniforms and apparel, thanks to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
In partnership with Adidas, the star quarterback providing custom uniforms and gear with his personal “Gladiator” logo to 15 high school programs across the country. He originally announced his intention to name 15 programs during his induction into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame in May.
The list of schools includes not only his alma mater, Whitehouse (Texas), but also some of the most prominent programs across states like Florida, Oklahoma, Georgia, Michigan, California, Texas and Missouri, where the Chiefs play.
“Seeing this Gladiator logo … which has become part of my identity on a Whitehouse jersey means everything to me,” Mahomes said previously. “It’s a symbol of what we stood for when I was at Whitehouse. That mindset of giving everything you got and never backing down is something I’ve carried with me through every stage of my career. And now it is something I hope inspires the next generation of athletes across the country.”

Mahomes wants to celebrate high school football and its impact
As part of the partnership, apparel and jerseys are also available for purchase by fans and supports of the high school. Each of the 15 programs included in the release have their own individual shopping pages that include replica jerseys, T-shirts, polos, tank tops, sweatshirts and more.

Individual players for each teams also have their own pages with customized, shoppable merchandise with their names and numbers on it. The teams themselves will receive special apparel, jersey and cleat packages that are custom to them, too.
“High school football is key to not just developing players but teaching them about the effort and drive needed to succeed in this sport,” Mahomes said. “That mentality of going ‘all in’ is what’s driven me throughout my career and is what I hope Whitehouse and other programs adopt as they take the field in these Gladiator uniforms.”
In addition to his partnership with these programs, Mahomes also has collaborations with both the Texas Tech football and baseball programs. That includes jerseys, along with other apparel adorned by his signature Gladiator logo.
