California high school boys basketball shifts into the playoffs as the top teams in the CIF Division V compete for the 2025 state championship. The tournament started with 31 teams on March 4 and will end during the state final ten days later.

University Prep and Wilson were the top seeds in the Northern and Southern brackets, respectively. Meanwhile, the Panthers and the Wildcats will receive a formidable challenge from Pacific Ridge, Woodland Christian, Alhambra, and Argonaut.
