Crusaders to Watch

OL Kamo’i Huihui-White: Paving the way up front for St. Louis in the offensive trenches is the 6-foot-4, 290-pound interior offensive lineman. Huihui-White is another player committed to California once his high school playing days are over.

CB Jahren Altura: Altura will be tasked with covering either Madden Williams or Daniel Odom in tonight’s tilt. The three-star senior cornerback is a Hawaii commitment and will lead the St. Louis secondary.

LB TJ Alualu: The three-star junior linebacker heads up a very talented front seven group for the Crusaders. Alualu has offers from Washington State and UNLV.

Braves to Watch

The Braves this week were crowned the No. 1 team in the country based on the most recent Rivals National High School Football Composite Rankings and tonight they will host the top-ranked St. Louis Braves. St. John Bosco, the top ranked team of California high school football, heads in with a undefeated record and looks to move to 5-0 against a solid St. Louis club.

QB Koa Malau’ulu: Not many sophomore quarterbacks are playing as well as Malau’ulu is right now. The signal caller has completed 65 percent of his passes for 742 yards, 11 touchdown passes and just one interception.

EDGE Dutch Horisk: The Oregon commit will need to be at the top of his game against a potent St. Louis offense. Horisk has tallied 20 tackles so far this season.

WR Daniel Odom: Pairing up with Williams to form one of the best wide receiving duos in the nation is Odom, a Oklahoma commit, has been solid once again. Odom has hauled in 12 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns.
