The Denver Broncos are making some initiatives to strengthen their connection with the community that supports them. This time, they have invited coaches from Colorado high school football teams to attend their practice during voluntary OTA on May 28.

Over 150 coaches from 60 schools watched Broncos players and coaches continue their preparations for the 2025 NFL season. The team is carrying lofty expectations after breaking their playoff drought last season and having an improved defense.

In the pictures shared on the Denver Broncos’ official account on X (formerly Twitter), head coach Sean Payton was seen shaking hands and talking to the high school football coaches. There’s also a photo of him with all the mentors in attendance.

In addition to observing the Broncos’ practice, this initiative also fosters learning and exchange of best practices among coaches. Some coaches also took notes from watching the OTA held at the Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, Colorado.

Likewise, they are getting coaching wisdom from a Super Bowl champion and one-time Associated Press Coach of the Year winner.

Aside from inviting coaches to the OTA, the Denver Broncos are helping Colorado high school football teams through their ‘All In. All Covered’ initiative. In partnership with Riddell, the Broncos will provide Axiom 3D helmets to all 277 Colorado high school football teams.

Through their foundation, the Broncos will provide 25 percent of the helmet allocation per year based on the average roster size. Therefore, schools under Class 5A will receive 100 helmets over four years while Class 1A schools will get 36. The philanthropic initiative will also cover Colorado 6-man and 8-man teams.

The project will last for four years and will amount to over 15,000 helmets provided. In addition to gifting helmets, Riddell will also conduct helmet scanning and set up for InSite Analytics. Finally, teams will also get starter kits from the Denver Broncos ranging from three (1A) to nine (5A) per school.
