As the contract period for the Class of 2027 recruits has opened, it didn’t take long for five-star prospect Baba Oladotun to receive a ton of offers from college basketball programs.

As he shared on his X/Twitter account, Oladotun received offers from 11 schools in June alone. The 6-foot-8 small forward received an offer from Washington on June 6 and Oregon a week later. The junior baller for James Hubert Blake also received offers from BYU, Pittsburgh, Auburn, Clemson, Texas A&M, Miami, and Texas. Oladotun also has standing offers from Kansas and Alabama.

These offers do not count the ones he received before June, as he shared. His feed shows that he has offers from Utah, UNLV, Maryland, Memphis, Virginia, Cal Berkeley, VCU, Arizona State, and Florida A&M. The second-best prospect from the Class of 2027 also has offers to play for Arkansas, Ohio State, Kansas State, Georgetown, Oklahoma State, Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Texas, and Ole Miss.

Also interested in Baba Oladotun are Indiana, LSU, Hawaii, Florida State, Cincinnati, Butler, Michigan, Syracuse, Rutgers, USC, UCLA, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Based on On3’s predictions, UCLA has the upper hand in getting Oladotun at 41.7 percent, while Maryland is a distant second at 3.3 percent.

Before playing his junior year for the Bengals, Oladotun played for Kevin Durant’s 17-under team in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League. He also attended the NBPA Top 100 basketball camp in South Carolina. Meanwhile, his 98.4 On3 Industry Ranking places him behind C.J. Rosser among the Class of 2027 prospects.

As On3 National Recruiting analyst Jamie Shaw wrote about Oladotun, “You immediately notice the length and the frame with Baba Oladotun. The jump shot is what he does, and it is where his production comes from at this point. He is around 6-foot-7 with long arms. His footwork getting into the jump shot is clean, and Oladotun is confident getting into it off the bounce or the catch. He is a threat as a pull-up jump shooter, getting a high release with good balance.”
