Greenwood (AR) releases 2025 high school football schedule

When it comes to Arkansas high school football, there’s plenty of teams to consider when thinking about the top clubs. Not all of them, however, have a rare talent like 4-star UCF commitment Kane Archer playing quarterback for them like the Greenwood Bulldogs do.

Greenwood is the very football program that Archer will be suiting up for this 2025 season and they have released its fall regular season schedule. Taking a deeper look into the slate of games the Bulldogs have ahead of them, it’s a tough as any in the Natural State.

Archer, who threw for 57 touchdowns and just a mere two picks in 2024, will lead Greenwood into the season against Bentonville West, whom the Bulldogs defeated in last year’s opener 70-35. With Archer back under center, it’s expected that the Bulldogs will be the favorites once again to win the Arkansas Activities Association’s (AAA) Class 6A title.

The Bulldogs will hit the road for multiple games against Northside and Springdale Barber before returning home for a difficult home contest against Shiloh Christian, who lost to Greenwood in last year’s Class 6A playoffs, 61-35.

After a home tilt against Siloam Springs and a road visit to Lake Hamilton, the Bulldogs return to the friendly confines of Greenwood for games against Van Buren and Southside. Greenwood completes the regular season on the road against Mountain Home.

September 12th – on the road at Springdale Barber

September 26th – home versus Shiloh Christian

October 3rd – on the road at Russellville

October 10th – home versus Siloam Springs

October 17th – on the road at Lake Hamilton

October 24th – home versus Van Buren

October 31st – home versus Southside

November 7th – on the road at Mt. Home
