“For the past 3 years, I’ve poured everything I have into the South Paulding Football program.
We’ve grown together as players, coaches, and a community and through it all, my family has grown as well.
To my players, coaches, and everyone who has supported Spartan Football thank you. It has been an honor to serve as your Head Football Coach and to help build a culture centered on belief, ownership, attitude, and toughness.
I have decided change is what my familiy and the program need. I officially stepped down from my role as Head Coach but will continue teaching through the end of the year. My focus now is on finishing strong with the Class of 2026 and helping every player who wants to play at the next level find their opportunity.
This is not the end of my coaching journey. it’s simply the next chapter. God has a plan, and Im excited for what’s ahead for the Allen Family.“
Allen led the Spartans to the AAAAAA playoffs in his first season, going 3-8, but missed out on the postseason in his last two campaigns. This past 2025 season was his best record wise at South Paulding, finishing 4-6 after a 43-42 win over Alexander to end the regular season.
According to SCORE Atlanta, this would be South Paulding’s seventh coaching change since 2006.
