The postseason continued in the Tar Heel State last week, and another jam-packed slate is on deck as teams continue their quests for a state title. Below are the top 25 North Carolina high school football teams, according to the Massey Ratings, as of Nov. 24.

1. William Amos Hough Huskies

The Huskies maintained their perfect record after completing a 28-9 win over West Forsyth in the North Carolina high school football Class 8A quarterfinals. William Amos Hough can improve to 13-0 by defeating West Charlotte in the semis on November 28.

2. Providence Day School Chargers

They raced to a 42-6 halftime lead and never looked back. Next on Grimsley’s schedule is a quarterfinal showdown against Reagan on November 28.
