Ohio High School Football Top 25 Rankings - Nov. 24

The postseason continued in the Buckeye State last week, and another jam-packed slate is on deck as teams continue their quests for a state title. Below are the top 25 Ohio high school football teams, according to the Massey Ratings, as of Nov. 24.
1. Bishop Watterson Eagles
The Eagles defeated Steubenville to remain perfect in the 2025 Ohio high school football season. That shutout 43-0 victory improved their record to 13-0 and earned them the Region 11 championship. Bishop Watterson will face Tippecanoe in the Division III state semifinals on November 28.
2. Avon Eagles
The Eagles defeated Highland to win the Region 6 championship. This victory improved their record to 12-1 and they are now on an 11-game winning streak. Avon can extend its winning ways by defeating Walsh Jesuit in the Division II state semifinals on the 28th.
3. St. Xavier Bombers
The Bombers defeated Elder in a 42-34 shootout witnessed by over 22,000 spectators at Paycor Stadium. St. Xavier completed the comeback by scoring 14 unanswered fourth-quarter points courtesy of two rushing touchdowns. After winning the Region 4 championship, the Bombers will advance to the Ohio high school football Division I state semifinal against Middletown on the 28th.
4. St. Edward Eagles
The Eagles improved to 11-2 after a 27-7 victory over Mentor in the Region 1 championship game. It would have been a shutout if not for the fourth-quarter touchdown they allowed. St. Edward will play against Olentangy Orange in the Division I state semifinal on the 28th.

5. Walsh Jesuit Warriors
The Warriors dominated Archbishop Hoban to win the Region 11 championship. Walsh Jesuit dominated the second half with 21 unanswered points to keep their season going. They will advance to the Division II state semifinal, wherein they will face Avon on the 28th.
