Tennessee High School Football Rankings: Top 25 Teams - Nov. 4

The high school football regular season concluded for most teams in Tennessee last week, and the top programs in the Volunteer State are now focused on the postseason.

Another jam-packed slate is on deck as teams continue their quests for a state title. Below are the top 25 Tennessee high school football teams, according to the Massey Ratings, as of Nov. 4.

1. Baylor School Red Raiders

The best team in Tennessee high school football improved to 9-0 after defeating Knoxville Catholic 49-28. While the Fighting Irish matched Baylor School’s points in the last three quarters, their 21-point first quarter proved to be the difference.

2. Oakland Patriots

The Patriots remained undefeated through ten games. Their last result was a 35-21 victory over Riverdale. Oakland now heads to the playoffs and they will face Cookeville on November 7.

3. McCallie School Blue Tornados

After losing to Baylor, the Blue Tornados have won three in a row after defeating Christ Presbyterian Academy 34-13. With an 8-2 record, McCallie School heads to the Tennessee high school football playoffs and will face Father Ryan on November 7.

4. Brentwood Academy Eagles

The Eagles own a 9-0 record after edging Lipscomb Academy 30-22. Their offense is humming, having scored at least 30 points in all their games. Brentwood Academy’s perfect record makes them a strong contender for the state championship.

5. Ravenwood Raptors

The Raptors completed a perfect regular season after their 41-6 victory over Brentwood. Ravenwood heads to the playoffs with a 10-0 record and they will face Cane Ridge on November 7.
