2022 cornerback Jaden Harris racking up Power Five offers
Prior to this season, Atlanta (Ga.) Riverwood cornerback Jaden Harris led an under-the-radar recruitment. The 6-foot, 180-pounder held offers from a handful of programs, largely from the Football Championship Subdivision.
On October 27, he picked up his first FBS offer from Marshall. A day later, he had his first Power Five offer from Missouri. It’s been a whirlwind since then. Harris has amassed more than a dozen offers in the past two and a half weeks, with the latest coming from West Virginia on Wednesday and Houston on Thursday.

The Cougars join Miami, Maryland, Kansas State, Vanderbilt, Missouri and others in pursuit of one of the fastest-rising prospects in the 2022 class. Harris has yet to take any official visits, but has one trip set: a Nov. 20 trip to Kansas State. The rest are likely to come in December ahead of the early signing period, which begins Dec. 15.
According to MaxPreps, Jaden Harris has totaled 10 tackles, one interception and a forced fumble through nine games this season for Riverwood. On offense, he’s rushed 23 times for 209 yards and a touchdown, while also hauling in six passes for 116 yards as a receiver.
